By virtue of its anti-oxidant and rejuvenating properties, evening primrose oil slows down the skin's natural ageing process. It also protects against everyday damage such as excessive sunlight, wind and cold, etc.

When ingested, it can effectively alleviate premenstrual symptoms or menopausal discomfort.

Advice:

Apply by massaging into the face and body. When applied as a poultice on the affected areas, evening primrose oil soothes rheumatic pain.
