Cypress essential oil is traditionally prescribed against spasmodic coughs, whooping cough, hay fever, and dry coughs. It can also be used to fight circulatory problems, such as heavy legs, and to promote lymphatic drainage.

Advice:

Please consult your doctor before taking any treatment or medicine orally. Oral administration: Take 2 drops of organic cypress essential oil 3 times a day, with a little honey, syrup, or a lozenge to help fight a nasty cough. On the skin: Mix 3 drops of organic cypress essential oil and 3 drops of organic lemon essential oil with 3 drops of macadamia oil. Use this blend to massage the main venous areas to stimulate blood circulation. By diffusion: By diffusing this oil into the air around you, you will help calm your breathing and appease any anxiety.
