Sweet thyme essential oil is: antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, immune system stimulating, antispasmodic, dermatological.

Organic sweet thyme essential oil is an effective treatment for winter colds, respiratory infections, spasmodic coughs, otitis or when the immune system is weakened, particularly in children. Due to its soft properties, it is often used as skin care treatment for acne, fungal infections, itching, eczema, psoriasis or warts. Its stimulating and positive properties make it effective against nervous fatigue.

Oral administration:
1 drop of organic sweet thyme essential oil, three times a day, with a little honey and syrup, or on a lozenge to treat winter colds or respiratory infections.

On the skin:
Mix 20 drops of sweet thyme essential oil + 50 drops of vegetable oil and apply on zones to be treated: fungal skin infections, eczema, surface burns...

By diffusion:
When diffused in the atmosphere, sweet thyme essential oil is an excellent tonic for nerves and increases spiritual and physical strength.
