Our organic sylvester pine essential oil is an indispensable product for winter. It will combat bronchitis, sinusitis, laryngitis, allergic rhinitis, and muscle pain. It will help strengthen one’s psyche and will help one get back or stay on one’s feet in periods of great fatigue. Ideally this essential oil will be inhaled: used as such it will help to decongest the otorhinolaryngological system. We recommend mixing it with other winter essential oils, in order to benefit from a complete, effective, and well-rounded therapy.

Advice:

Please consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. Oral administration: Take 2 drops of organic essential oil 2 times a day. Mix with some honey or syrup, or on a lozenge to help fight bronchitis and other respiratory problems. On the skin: Mix 2 drops of Sylvester pine essential oil with 4 drops of sesame oil, and use this to massage the torso to clear the airways. By diffusion: By diffusing Sylvester pine essential oil, you will sanitise your living spaces, fight mental fatigue, and benefit from its properties as a respiratory antiseptic.
