Absolute jasmine essential oil is used in many blends to make highly precious and esteemed perfumes. It is also very useful in the treatment of dry and irritated skin. Its fragrance will soothe and calm tension, whilst fighting both depression and anxiety. Jasmine is considered as having aphrodisiac properties due to its sensual and enchanting scent.

Advice:

Please consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. Oral administration: Take 1 drop of jasmine essential oil, twice a day, with a little honey or on a lozenge to be placed under the tongue. Use as such during stressful periods of time. On the skin: Mix 2 drops of jasmine essential oil with 35ml of organic sesame oil, and use as part of a daily massage to profit from its harmonising and stress-relieving properties.
