Botanical Properties
Hyssop is a creeping shrub of the Lamiaceae family, with very fragrant violet-blue flowers, grouped on stems.
Hyssop comes from scrublands in the Mediterranean region. (France, Spain, North Africa, Italy)
It grows on dry, very sunny soils.
Origin and history
Known since Antiquity, Hyssop is a medicinal and culinary plant, particular to the Mediterranean climate. A fragrant honey plant, it attracts bees. Very aromatic, it is a pleasant seasoning for dishes and salads in the cuisines of sunny regions.
Be careful not to confuse mountain hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis var. montana), free from toxicity, with Hyssopus officinalis var. officinalis which is neurotoxic and an abortifacient and must only be used on the advice of a specialist

Mountain Hyssop Organic essential oil is a powerful virucide, anti-inflammatory and mucolytic: it liquefies secretions.
It allows for faster recovery of sick people by fighting fatigue, and is refreshing and invigorating
Indications
Mountain Hyssop Organic essential oil is effective against acute and chronic bronchitis, asthma (non allergic), colds and helps overcome difficulties in concentrating and feelings of exhaustion.
*Instructions
Consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally.
Oral administration: 1 or 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey to treat bronchitis.
On the skin, to treat asthmatic cough: a few drops diluted in a vegetable oil to rub into the chest
By diffusion: to combat fatigue.
