We highly recommend our organic bergamot essential oil to help tackle sore throats, fevers, nervous tension, and anxiety. This oil is effective against dermatitis, acne, eczema, pruritus (itchiness), and cuts. It possesses both tonifying and soothing properties that act on the digestive and nervous systems.

Advice:

Please consult your doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. Oral administration: Take 2 drops per day of organic bergamot essential oil, with a little honey or on a lozenge under the tongue: this will help combat digestive and nervous problems. On the skin: Mix 5 drops of organic bergamot essential oil in 100 ml of organic argan oil, and use this composition against seborrheic dermatitis. Careful: this oil is a photosensitizer. Do not apply before exposing yourself to the sun. By diffusion: Diffusing this oil will make a room feel cleansed and fresh, leaving tonifying fruity hints in the air.
