ORGANIC DAMASK ROSE buds, 30 g

Damask rose herbal tea strengthens and invigorates the lungs and the body in general. It also treats diarrhoea. When gargled or used as a mouthwash, it helps alleviate mouth ulcers and throat pain.

Advice:

Infuse 1 tablespoon of flowers per cup for 10 minutes. Drink up to three cups a day.
