Cypress essential oil is generally recommended to fight chronic respiratory infections, bronchitis, sinusitis, asthma, scars and slow-healing wounds, fungal infections, and all skin problems (such as stretch marks, wrinkles, and hard skin). It has also been shown to be a great immunostimulant.

Advice:

Please consult your doctor before taking any therapy or treatment orally. Oral administration: Take 2 drops of organic frankincense essential oil 3 times a day, mixed with a little honey, syrup, or on a lozenge, to help fight respiratory infections. On the skin: Mix 3 drops of organic cypress essential oil with 2 drops of organic hazelnut oil to help with rheumatisms. By diffusion: By diffusing this oil in the atmosphere you will promote the elevation of your spirit. It can help prepare for meditation, whilst making the mood of a room more “zen”.
