Oral administration: Take 1 drop of organic grapefruit essential oil 2 times a day. Mix with some honey or syrup, or on a lozenge to benefit from its detoxifying effects during a slimming cure. On the skin: Anti-cellulite: Mix 30 drops of organic grapefruit essential oil with 10 drops of organic lemon essential oil, and 100ml of organic argan oil, and apply as a tonifying massage in the morning. By diffusion: When diffused, grapefruit essential oil will disinfect one’s living spaces and promote a general climate of happiness and serenity.
