Tilia platyphyllos (Linden) is a species of tree and comes in the form of wood chips.

It is an excellent cleanser and helps eliminate toxins and clean the body.

Advice:

In order to use it as a treatment, infuse 3 tablespoons in a litre of boiling water for 30 minutes. Drink the blended litre throughout the day and continue to do so for 10 days. As a basic treatment, drink 2 cups per day, preferably in the morning.
