We recommend using our organic maritime pine oil if suffering from a cough, respiratory infection or congestion such as sinusitis, asthma, bronchitis, and catarrh. It is advised against joint and muscle pain, such as rheumatisms, gout, and sciatica. Consequentially, maritime pine essence is widely used in the sporting world.

Advice:

Please consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. Oral administration: Take 2 drops of organic maritime pine essential oil 2 times a day. Mix with some honey or syrup, or on a lozenge for bronchitis and respiratory problems. On the skin: Mix 2 drops of organic maritime pine essential oil with 6 drops of sesame oil, and apply locally to body parts suffering from rheumatisms. By diffusion: When diffused, maritime pine essential oil will sanitise your living spaces, and act as a true respiratory antiseptic.
