ORGANIC MARSH MALLOW sliced roots, 40 g

Marsh mallow herbal tea helps eliminate dry coughs. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and is therefore an effective remedy for inflammations of the throat and mouth, as well as urinary tract infections.

Advice:

Brew 10 to 20g of dried flowers per litre of water for roughly ten minutes. Drink two to three cups a day. Gargle the blend to alleviate discomfort in the mouth.
