High doses of nutmeg essential oil may have psychotropic effects. Oral administration: Take 1 drop of organic nutmeg essential oil twice a day. Mix with some honey or syrup, or on a lozenge to fight intestinal infections. On the skin: Mix 5 drops of organic nutmeg essential oil with 5ml of organic sweet almond essential oil, and use this blend to locally massage areas that suffer from circulatory problems.
