Please consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. Orange essential oil is photosensitising. Please do not apply to the skin before exposing oneself to the sun. Oral administration: Take 2 drops of organic orange essential oil 3 times a day. Mix with some honey or syrup, or on a lozenge to help combat sleeping problems. On the skin: Mix 2 drops of orange essential oil and 3 drops of organic sesame essential oil, and use this blend to massage the celiac plexus and the inside of your wrists in order to appease your anxiety or simply to allow yourself a relaxing moment. By diffusion: When diffused in the atmosphere, orange essential oil will sanitise your living spaces, all whilst inviting you to enjoy a moment of serenity by the propagation of its sweet and comforting scent.
