Roman chamomile has a high ester content (isobutyl and isoamyl angelate), substances that are rarely found in essential oils, which gives it an extraordinarily relaxing effect.
It is sleep-inducing, with a sedative, analgesic, calming, stress-relieving, anti-depressant, antifungal, antispasmodic and dermatological effect.

Roman chamomile essential oil is recommended for treating sleep disorders, people with a nervous or uneasy disposition during anxiety attacks. It is strongly recommended for use by hyperactive people. When applied to the skin, it helps soothe all forms of neuralgia. Due to its soothing effect on the skin, it is very effective against eczema and psoriasis.

Advice:

Please consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally.
Oral administration: 1 drop/day of organic Roman chamomile essential oil, twice a day, with a little honey mixed with a herbal tea to help appease nervous breakdowns, anxiety attacks and sleeping disorders.
On the skin: Mix 20 drops of organic Roman chamomile essential oil + 100ml apricot seed oil, and massage this blend in to prevent anxiety attacks and soothe nerves.
By diffusion: When diffused in the atmosphere, Roman chamomile essential oil appeases restless nights and nightmares.
