Camphorous rosemary is an excellent general tonic. It is ideal for athletes as it alleviates muscle pain, and works against cramps, tension, aches, tendinitis, rheumatisms, and lower back pain.

Please consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. Avoid using camphorous rosemary oil if pregnant and do not give to young children. On the skin: Mix 2 drops of organic camphorous rosemary essential oil and 6 drops of organic sesame essential oil. Use this mixture to locally massage areas affected by cramps and muscle aches.
