Sage is recommended against bronchitis, coughs, wounds, zona, and herpes. By rubbing it on the thorax and upper back it will help to prevent and treat otorhinolaryngological infections. It also breaks down fatty tissues. It will help menopausal syndrome to pass, along with all of its disagreeable symptoms.

Advice:

Please consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. Please do not use sage essential oil if pregnant, and do not give to children. It should only be used by those with experience in aromatherapy. Oral administration: Only use with the advice of a doctor or aromatherapy expert. Take 1 drop of organic sage essential oil 2 times a day with some honey or syrup, or on a lozenge, the help with one’s menopause and to stop excessive sweating. On the skin: Mix 1ml of organic sage essential oil and 14ml of organic musk rose oil to treat acne.
