Organic Spearmint essential oil

ORGANIC SPEARMINT essential oil, 10 mL

Organic spearmint essential oil is effective against colds, bronchitis, and respiratory tract infections. It facilitates digestion, and is helpful in treating cystitis (urinary tract inflammation), or in disinfecting cuts or wounds. It is also a great product to use in the kitchen, where it will subtly flavours and fragrances your dishes and desserts.

Please consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. SPEARMINT ESSENTIAL OIL MUST NOT BE GIVEN TO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 3, OR PREGNANT OR BREASFEEDING WOMEN. Oral administration: Take 1 drop of organic spearmint essential oil after a meal, to facilitate digestion. On the skin: Mix 2 drops of organic spearmint essential oil and 5 drops of apricot kernel oil, to help stop nausea or travel-sickness. By diffusion: Spearmint essential oil will sanitise and freshen the air of your living spaces when diffused.
