Organic tarragon oil is traditionally recommended to relieve spasmodic stomach ache, flatulence, colitis, menstrual problems, dysmenorrhea, and travel sickness. Its antiviral property make it prescribed to deal with whooping cough, allergic asthma, and allergic rhinitis (due to pollen or dust). Also, our little tip is, if you have the hiccups, take a couple of drops of tarragon essential oil to stop them.

Advice:

Please consult your doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally. Oral administration: Take 2 to 3 drops of organic tarragon essential oil, after each meal with a little honey, syrup, or on a lozenge. This helps digestion and avoids flatulence. On the skin: Mix 5 drops of organic tarragon essential oil with 5 drops of organic hazelnut oil, and use to give a localised massage in order to alleviate muscle cramps. By diffusion: When diffused in the atmosphere, organic tarragon essential oil is an effective weapon against respiratory allergies.
