It has many beneficial properties and can treat several ailments: digestive disorders, colds (mix with lemon and honey). If gargled, it can help alleviate throat pain. When used as a mouthwash, it can be used to treat problems involving the mouth or inhaled to clear up respiratory tracts.

Advice:

Infuse 2 teaspoons in 200ml of hot water. Drink up to three cups a day.
