The fields setup

 The first step is about setting up the fields, such as digging holes in which each young plant will be placed with some compost. In 10 days, 18000 holes will be dug out. This hard and meticulous work is beyond compare with the too fast and brutal mechanical work.

The young plants delivery

 Organic lavandula angustifolia (lavender), organic chamaemelum nobile (camomile) and organic helichrysum (helichryse) are delivered in small baskets.
