Vanilla (extract) Essential Oil is: antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, comforting, aphrodisiac.

Vanilla (extract) essential oil dispels anguish and its comforting scent promotes restful sleep and serenity. It is a natural antidepressant. It is also an effective treatment for anxiety attacks, and acts as an aphrodisiac to overcome frigidity. Thanks to its hydrating and regenerating properties, it is often used in cosmetics as an ingredient of creams and scented balms.

You can also use it to add a delicious vanilla flavour to your desserts.

Oral administration:
1 drop of organic vanilla (extract) essential oil, 3 times a day, with a little honey and syrup, or on a lozenge to dispel anguish and gain confidence.

On the skin:
Mix 10 drops of vanilla (extract) essential oil + 20ml of vegetable for a sensual massage. Or add one drop of vanilla to your day cream for a pleasant scent and to nourish your skin.

By diffusion:
When diffused in the atmosphere, vanilla (extract) essential oil will fill your home's interior with a fragrant scent and positively influence the mind with its comforting and reassuring effect.
