Sweet Inula Organic essential oil is an excellent mucolytic; it is also mildly anti-infectious, anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic. It also calms the nerves. Sweet Inula Organic essential oil is very effective when there is overproduction of mucus: in ear, nose and throat disorders (tracheitis, laryngitis, bronchiolitis...), with runny nose or wherever mucus appears.

It is also effective against white vaginal discharge and cystitis.

Advice:

Consult a doctor before taking any treatment or therapy orally.

Oral administration: 1 or 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey 3 times a day to treat a wet cough.

On the skin, to treat asthmatic cough: a few drops diluted in a vegetable oil to rub into the chest.
